Free delivery

Berry Denmark offers free delivery with no minimum order to the destinations available at checkout.

The delivery options available for your address are shown before you complete your purchase.

Production and preparation

Our physical products are made to order. We do not hold stock of finished products.

Products are printed, packed and dispatched on behalf of Berry Denmark by our production partner in Lithuania.

The estimated preparation time is 24–48 hours on business days. Shipping time is additional and starts from dispatch.

The total estimated delivery time consists of the preparation time of 24–48 hours on business days plus the shipping time to your destination.

Weekends, public holidays, customs clearance and local transport conditions may affect delivery times.

Order status

You can follow your order’s status through your order page. Tracking information appears in your order details when available.

Updates to the carrier’s tracking information may be delayed after the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery address and receipt

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, including your name, street, house number, postal code and any floor, unit or apartment number.

If you discover an error, contact hello@berrydenmark.dk as soon as possible. An address change can only be made if it is still practically possible.

Follow the carrier’s notifications and any collection deadlines. Failing to collect or refusing delivery of a parcel does not, by itself, constitute notification of cancellation or a return.

If delivery fails because you provided incorrect information, or the parcel is returned as uncollected, any additional costs are assessed under applicable law. We do not charge a standard penalty for failing to collect a parcel.

Delays and non-delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances during transport. This does not limit your statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery.

If your parcel does not arrive, contact hello@berrydenmark.dk with your order number so we can investigate the shipment.

Berry Denmark bears the risk for the goods until they have been delivered to you or someone you have designated. If you independently arrange transport with a carrier we have not offered, the specific legal rules on the transfer of risk apply.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges.

If these charges are not included or collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient under the destination country’s rules. Free delivery does not include these local charges.

Delivery of eGift Cards

An eGift Card is delivered digitally as a printable PDF by email within 24 hours of placing your order. No physical gift card is sent.

The gift card is sent to your email address or directly to the recipient’s email address, depending on your selection when ordering. Digital delivery is free.

Check the email address before purchasing, and remember to check your spam folder. Contact hello@berrydenmark.dk if the gift card has not arrived after 24 hours.

Cancellations and returns

Cancellations before dispatch and returns after dispatch are registered through your order page.

Free delivery on purchases does not mean free return shipping. Rules on return shipping, the return address, deadlines and refunds are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
